Singaround in Taghmon, County Wexford

Taghmon is a village in County Wexford in the south-east of Ireland. It is home to many Irish Travellers and was a point of great interest to Sam Lee and James McDonald on their recording journeys for the Song Collectors Collective. One evening in Taghmon they brought together singers from the village and surrounding area to share songs. Among the singers present were Mary Moorhouse, Elizabeth Connors, Jimmy Berry, and Alice Connors.
